3 x 6.00am sessions Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

To the Fitness Venue to join in the Run for Buns!
Meet at the Cannonvale Gym, 7am Good Friday.
There is 5km or 10km options… with hot cross buns waiting at the finish! Come along and have some fun …

And have a happy easter!

Tuesday 19 April
Run 15 minutes, 2 minute walk x 3  Total time -  51 minutes.

Wednesday 20 April
Run 5kms. Goal time of 30 minutes.

Thursday 21 April
ResT day!

Friday 22 April
Run For Buns 7am Cannonvale Gym!!!

Monday 11 April
walk 2 mins, run 10 mins. x 4 times. Total time 48 minutes

Tuesday 12 April
fast/brisk walk 40 minutes

Wednesday 13 April
walk 2 mins, run 12 mins. x 4 times. Total time 56 minutes

Thursday 14 April
Fartlek session – meet at Proserpine Gym at 6.30am – we will head to Les Stagg Oval

Friday 15 April
Run 5kms. Goal time of 30 minutes.

Saturday 16 April
ResT day!!

Sunday 17 April
5km or 10kms run – easy pace – meet at Cannonvale Gym at 6.30am

Tuesday 5 April
fast/brisk walk 40 minutes

Wednesday 6 April
walk 2 mins, run 7 mins. x 5 times. Total time 45 minutes
