Fartlek session – meet at Proserpine Gym at 6.30am – we will head to Les Stagg Oval
Friday 15 April
Run 5kms. Goal time of 30 minutes.

ResT day!!

5km or 10kms run – easy pace – meet at Cannonvale Gym at 6.30am
