Usually you pick an investment with a reliable, dependable base and stick with it until your expectations are fulfilled. In the end, you have something that you didn’t have before and it is a time efficient method of getting what you want.<br />
Investing in Personal Training is not much different. In the end you get something that you sincerely want and were not able to achieve on your own. The same rules apply, seek advice, clarify exactly what you want, then commit.</p>
<p>The decision to invest in Personal Training is similar to any other investment. Essentially you need to<br />
1. Choose the right trainer  (the dependable base)<br />
2. Find the time<br />
3. Have the money ( for the investment)</p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Choosing the right trainer</strong></p>
<p>This is perhaps the easiest step.<br />
<span id="more-2280"></span>Enquire via email, phone or personally about their availability, qualifications, insurances and experience.  Ask the trainer if they have membership with a professional association. Are they comfortable working with people who have similar aspirations as you eg sports specific or fat loss? Are they linked to a facility that you can visit independently to ‘practice’ and meet others who are like minded, will assist and motivate.<br />
Will the Trainer meet with you to discuss your aspirations. Will they willingly provide you with the education and knowledge you require?. Will they guarantee that you will achieve your outcome and be satisfied with your results? Will they release you when you are ready?<br />
You will know the answers as soon as the discussion begins.<br />
Great trainers have the skills and confidence that assure and comfort at first meeting. No hard sell required.<br />
There will be no risk associated with the right trainer and it does not have to be a long term commitment.</p>
<p><strong>Find the time</strong></p>
<p>As with any investment, there is no quick fix, or shortcut plans that work.<br />
So too with your Personal Training plan. The speed of your results will depend on how much time you devote to the cause.<br />
Again, a good trainer will assist with your most effective approach and possibly offer many different ways to introduce personal training sessions into your week.<br />
How much time will it take? What is a reasonable commitment?<br />
This will depend on the amount of time you can reasonably and willingly devote to improvement. A 30 minute session once a week is a worthy investment.</p>
<p><strong>Have the money</strong></p>
<p>This might be a difficult decision for you as you are confused about the dollar value and the worth of personal training.<br />
It is not easy to price something that is not on the shelf or in the catalogue. It is a significant purchase, so what price will you pay? Is it something that you desire and regard as real value for money?<br />
Can you put a price on the result you want? Will you save for it? Are you really committed?<br />
Again let the Personal Trainer assist with the design of a unique package for you.<br />
To the uninitiated or novice the initial decision to invest in Personal Training can be intimidating and overwhelming.<br />
There is so much to learn. But as opposed to any other investment the learning is all about you. Your uniqueness, your imbalances, your strengths, your capacity to be better each time, to be personally successful.<br />
A personal trainer will be your guide, your assurance, your foundation, your motivation. There will be corrections, realignments, frustrations and jubilations.</p>
<p><strong>Most of all though will be the gratifying outcome that you got far more than you paid for.</strong></p>

<p>Lift for Life is delivered as a series of supervised 8-week programs. The sessions are conducted in small groups of no more than 12, in specially licensed facilities.</p>
